Lemon Drop Cookies

Of the two choices for January’s Finny & Donk's 2009 Adventures Craft:along, I chose to make the Lemon Drop Cookies. The recipe was created by Oh, Fransson and featured on Craft:.

It was rather fun to get out my KitchenAid mixer and food processor, putting them both into action to make these delightful cookies with their delicate lemony fragrance and taste.

Yum! And speaking of cooking, I was looking in the back of the King Arthur Flour catalog yesterday and noticed that they're having some sort of cooking demonstration in Tucson on, I think the 31st. Sorry I don't remember the details, but it looked fun and I thought of you!

I wish I had one of those cookies this very minute to dunk in my second cup of coffee :-)

Oh June! Those look delicious! If you showed me your cookies, I wouldn't have believed we followed the same recipe!

June, I adore fresh lemons so much that I've become an addict. Anything made from or with real (live) lemons I'm there! I love the smell, love the zest, love the juice -- see, I'm hooked :)

I don't have a mixer and I think that's why mine didn't come out. Yours, on the other hand, look fabu!

Your cookies came out just like the picture! And I'm sure they were delicious, too. Already a favorite in our house :)
